We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Deliveries to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 5 - 7 working days* from dispatch. However if you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

*Please note that deliveries to some parts of the UK, including The Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, may take longer to arrive.

All of our packaging is eco-friendly and plastic free. What's more it's made from 100% biodegradable, sustainable materials and easily recycled after use.

Changed your mind?
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you happen to change your mind, please email to notify us of your request. Upon confirmation, return the item together with your delivery slip within 14 days of receipt. We will process the refund/exchange within approximately 5 working days from receiving your returned item, providing it is unused and in its original packaging.

Please bear in mind that the initial postage charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, are non-refundable.
